Woman dies on plane traveling from Brazil to Texas

Wednesday, Jan. 2 a woman died on a plane traveling from Brazil to Texas. Few details have been made available so far, but My Fox DFW in Dallas-Fort Worth notes that the woman was 25-years-old. In addition, officials have said that no obvious trauma was found on the woman's body.

The woman died on the plane that had left Sao Paulo and was headed to the Dallas-Fort Worth airport in Texas. The plane was diverted to Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston Wednesday morning after the medical emergency was called. There were over 200 passengers and 14 crew members on the plane for the flight. A Houston Police Department spokesperson said there were no visible signs of trauma, and the medical examiner will be looking for the cause of death. The flight landed safely later Wednesday morning in Dallas-Fort Worth.
