Katt Williams arrested

Comedian Katt Williams is making getting arrested a weekly habit, with his latest bust due to his failure to appear in court for his hearing.

Williams was taken into custody after he was a no-show in court over his three-wheeled motorcycle chase with the California Highway Patrol in November.

Katt Williams has now forfeited his $50,000 bond and bail has been set to just over $100,000, according to the Sacramento District Attorney’s office.

He faces charges of evading police and reckless driving after refusing to pull over for officers engaged in a low-speed pursuit.

The comedian was also arrested on December 28, 2012 at his home in Los Angeles on suspicion of child endangerment. Police discovered a stolen loaded gun on the premises as well as marijuana.

After his release from jail, Katt Williams asked, “How do you keep kids safe without guns?”

The 41-year-old funnyman has also been in the news for threatening to “smack down” Quentin Tarantino for his use of the N-word in his latest film “Django Unchained”.

Williams stated, “Quentin Tarantino thinks he can say the N-word. But I checked with all of Ni**adom and nobody knows where he got his pass from. I hope he didn’t get it from Samuel L. Jackson and Jamie Foxx cause they aren’t going to help you when I see you.”
