When Sara Brandon gave birth to Joel Brandon Jr., at Timpanogos Regional Hospital in Orem, Utah, on May 9, he weighed a whopping 14 pounds. "J.J.," as his family calls him, was delivered by cesarean section with the help of two obstetricians.
"I had to have two deliver him instead of one, because they knew he was going to be big," Brandon told ABCNews.com. "They struggled to get him out."
